Had accessories on order for months. The staff, and especially Nathaniel, were diligent in tracking these items down and getting them in. Thanks for working with me.
Went to several bike shops in the area before I discovered these guys and immediately knew this was a group that went the extra mile and then some. They spent time to talk me through my options and even encouraged me to wait a few weeks to place an order to take advantage of an upcoming promotion (who does that??) Do good work but not good at answering phone and responding to texts. Pricey.
After 50 years of riding a range of self-propelled bikes, I purchased a Euphree City Robin X+ at the end of October and took delivery beginning of December. I would have liked shipping to have been quicker, but overall I am VERY happy with the bike, customer service and overall experience. Ethan was very helpful, letting me test ride several models of bikes at my leisure -- explaining the differences between each -- and helped me land on a final decision.
