I made my decision to do my banking at the East Coast Credit Union after talking to several of their members. I often find talking to the customers of a business gives me a good overall feeling for the service I can expect. I feel confident with my decision.
This place is an absolute joke. I literally thought for a minute I was being pranked and filmed for a TV show.... This location does not have an ounce of urgency or care about your needs.
Lisa Reid assured me I'd be getting a loan for a car. Unfortunately even though I specifically said a base price of the car along with a trade in(before freight, taxes, etc.) & her confirming what I stated; She decided to back out of the loan accusing me of never mentioning it in the first place. Piss poor business practice, the failure of communication is 100% credit unions fault. Guess I'll give TD my money. 👍
