I placed an order for table legs, they canceled the order saying it is company policy to not ship to residential address's. I run a business from this address, for over a decade. I was paying for the freight, so no cost there for them, I was paying with a business credit card, I have a registered business, I pay corporate taxes... but because the county does not classify my land as commercial, they will not ship to me. Samantha was great to work with. She made the process extremely simple. The chairs I got are awesome quality and I am extremely happy with them. If you’re looking for the most comfortable bar stools look no further. I was even able to get my cut to the exact height I needed for my counter top height island. I’m happy I was able to find a company who would sell me stools even though I just wanted 4 of them for my home. Thank you again!
Shady shipping practice...What reputable LTL carrier dosen't have a dock? So your items are all getting shipped direct with lift gate service? That's alot of extra expense to your customer. Or your not using properly licensed and insured LTL carrier.... Yes I'm a licensed and insured LTL carrier
I was quoted directly by the company for an order that included inside delivery—a key part of my decision. Only after payment and right before shipping did they inform me they can’t actually provide inside delivery because their products don’t work with liftgate service. This was not disclosed up front and should have been caught before quoting or accepting payment. Their shipping limitations are incompatible with the services they offer and promote.
