I very rarely leave a bad review , but I booked a car hire for 3 days on a package deal with hotel and flights , I had no option available to pick car up at a certain time they just give me the option , lucky I looked at it today as I rang sahara up and asked if I could have the car at 8am instead ill pay extra if need be instead of the 10am pick up , she says no car is available at that time , but is available a few hours later doesnt make sense .. so had to cancell it I hire a car every week from sunshine coast airport but... read more
Best value, easy to deal with and easy/quick transfers to and from airport.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good value. Very professional with sharing condition of car and emailing relevant documents to us quickly.
