The level of personalised service was exceptional. The friendliness of the staff and efficiency like no other. I will use them again.
Just a small hickup by the reservations team when our flight got cancelled and we were going to be there a different time but the shuttle bus driver and reception staff really went out of their way to ensure we got our Hire Car when we needed it!
Recently rented a Hyundai Staria had an outstanding experience with their customer service. Despite encountering a tyre issue during our hire, the team at ECCR handled the situation with professionalism and care. Great experience and much cheaper than anyone else - would highly recommend and will use again
Plane was delayed by 8hrs thank goodness East Coast Rentals is open till 10pm. Picked us up pretty quickly from airport. Gave us an upgrade and we were on our way by 9.30pm. Needed an extension of several days and they made that easy. Staff were very helpful, efficient and respectful. No hesitation in renting a car in the future. Thanks guy's.
