Five stars are not enough! This was a perfect car hiring experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy. Making a change to the booking due to flight changes was no problem and handled graciously and swiftly. The shuttle from the airport to the car collection point was easy and quick. The chap who did our check in process was delightfully pleasant. The car itself was immaculate. Drop off was speedy and efficient. Highly highly recommend.

I booked a 4-day rental through Skyscanner at AUD $52.80/day (total AUD $211.20). At check-in, the agent told me I was scheduled to return the car just two hours after pick-up, and suggested I change the return time to 9:30 am “so I wouldn’t be charged an extra day.” It sounded thoughtful at the time. I said we’d see how our plans went. I specifically asked him — very clearly — whether my rate would stay the same if I ended up keeping the car for the full 4 days. Good car and friendly service but on return they tried to pin previous damage on us . They showed us photos of the car to ‘prove’ it. Luckily we videoed the car before we took it which showed the damage was already there.
A really great experience, from the airport transfers, the service at pick up, the vehicles themselves and the drop off. The staff (Matteo, Lyle and Justin) were really kind, helpful and patient (we have 2 young kids!). We were initially a little apprehensive, with the facility being offsite, with a shuttle required to ferry us back and forth to the airport - but this actually can result in less walking, as the bus drops you off right at the departure terminal, and pickup is just a short walk (probably even closer than the c... read more
