First time renting through East Coast and they were fabulous. With great service from Max and Lyle made it all so easy. Will be using them again in March when i return.
The car was great, and the collection and drop off service really good- Lyle picked us up and was brilliant. It’s been touched on already in these reviews, but the attempted selling of their insurance was by far the pushiest I’ve ever experienced at a car rental, and sadly soured what would otherwise have been a really positive experience
I reviewed on the wrong East Coast Car Rentals in '23 so here is my Cairns review from back then: The shuttle bus service from the airport was very convenient. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman straight away when i got to the rental place and walked me through everything with ease. It was my first time hiring a car so the process was made very comfortable. The car was very clean and comfortable to drive, never had any issue (2021 Hyundi i30).
Great service and close to Cairns airport. Excellent vehicle provided, will chose East Coats for next years trip
