Got an SUV with them in Adelaide airport and everything was extremely smooth. No hidden fees, no additional charges, everything went as per plan and we were stress-free. I was very happy with the service. Very good!
We hired a Mitsubishi ASX. The car had around 30,000km on the clock, but was very reasonably priced and performed perfectly. The pick up and drop off experience was smooth and efficient.

Once we got our luggage, I clicked link via my email reservation & the shuttle bus was ordered immediately (also mapping the location of the bus) Very brief wait & we were on the bus being driven to the nearby rental premises. Sooo good, rocked up to Adelaide Eastcoast car rental. Received an up grade, the service was A class. And also when dropping the car off I left my phone in the car we called they had it and dropped it to me at the Adelaide Airport. No questions asked Me and my partner have travelled a bit and have always hired cars and Eastcoast car rentals are top of the list for us. 5 star .
