Went in search of an over-the-range microwave. Was greeted immediately and asked what I was in search of. I told him and he pointed to the area where the blemish-free items were, then pointed out the scratch-and-dent area was. I went into the scratch and dent area and looked at all of the relevant items there. I was offered absolutely no assistance whatsoever. I went on Saturday, September 13, 2025 to the store out towards Midlothian, VA at around 1:45. Heading to Lowe’s now, to see if maybe they care.
Lawrence was very helpful, patient with credit application and understanding of my wants and needs for my new refrigerator.
Reggie was very helpful and worked hard to get my next day delivery which I really appreciated.
I've purchased multiple large appliances eith install service and have been pleasantly surprised by customer service and quality every step of the way. Thank you to Quan Baskerville for your help with my new fridge!
