I just bought a dryer here. The process was easy and painless. Quan greeted me when I entered the store and helped me choose a dryer to suit my needs. They had a nice selection and I chose a scratch and dent model. It's being delivered tomorrow!! They take away the old dryer for free. I am very pleased with my experience at East Coast Appliance.
Logan very welcoming and listened to our needs. He was very open about the products we were looking at - responded with knowledge of product specs and open about support offered by the different manufacturers. We are happy with our choices and services offered. Will pass on to others we know regarding our experience.
