Their service is terrible. I have had 4 service problems at East Coast Alpine. At no point did East Coast ever actually fix/tune any of my gear, nor did they ever contact me with a status, nor did they make good on their promises to make things right after mistakes. I don’t ever recommend going to these guys. 1) I took a pair of snowboard boots to them for repair. Drew told me it would take two weeks to get them done. I had the exact same experience as Ezekial. This place is a scam and they really don't care if you know it- as long as they have your $$. My wife dropped our skis off 6 days before leaving for a ski weekend- they informed us they were going to charge $10 to expedite a ski tuning. She picked them up only to bring them home and realize that the store didn't even touch the ski's -they weren't waxed, sharpened, and none of the nicks were repaired....
