I went today to pay my water bill the lady on window service was really rude the way of her attitude to me I was really surprised how she treated me they need better customer service 🤨
The staff was very rude. I went early in the morning. They told me to come back at 2:00 pm, (which I did) they were ladies inside the building, I waited outside more than 10 min for them to open the door and they did but they told me that since they are short staff they couldn’t help me they told me that I can stop some other day.
