I always visit Arlington and Medford branch always kind and helpful.
Been a loyal customer with ECSB for 5 years + , big mistake. this branch denied to give me quarters , claimed “they ran out” . They do not appreciate your business or care about you at all. I called to speak about the matter and the customer service representatives are super rude and obnoxious. They don’t care about their customers or employees it’s a Shame. Glad to say I will be canceling my account and moving on to a better institution due to their lies and unprofessionalism and lack of empathy and understanding.
Reliable local bank
The entire team at the Salem Street location ROCK! They GET how to deliver 5- customer service. My dad and I had some complicated issues that required our coming into the bank (And I normally DREAD having to go into ANY bank. It’s a time suck). Their AVP, KathyAnn is an MVP!
