Im sorry to leave a bad review. I do not like to. However, I myself have been a customer for 10+ years. My family as well probably even 25+years. Well today 5/6/25 @about 3:35pm I went to the drive thru at the medford branch on Salem Street. Waited a few minutes for someone to come help me. Which was no issue at all. However a younger girl one of your employees turns around noticing me sitting there and nods her head for some older lady to come assist me. The lady who helped me was wonderful. She was very nice. The best customer service! Always very welcoming. Everyone in the branch always helps with my buisness and personal accounts to make sure all needs are met. Hands down the best around and highly recommend. Also the staff work very hard and quickly!
I always visit Arlington and Medford branch always kind and helpful.
