I can get confused about banking details, even simple ones, yet EVERY person who has helped me has been friendly, kind, patient, and knowledgeable, I do not have a particularly impressive account, yet I am always treated as a valued customer. I’m very grateful to be a West Medford Banking Center client and highly recommend it as an outstanding bank.
Doug at this branch is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he has made this location so accessible to our clients that we recommend they bank there too! And Afshana is a delight and knows everyone by name and is such a welcome part of banking there.
I've been banking at ECSB all my life , would never change to another bank! I enjoy going to the W. Medford location,Shruti Saraf & staff are excellellent. They will greet you with a friendly atmosphere .
