We went to this place first in 2021, and I really enjoyed our visit then. The gift shop is full of wonderful, souvenirs and trinkets and toys, and my family really thoroughly enjoyed getting service from the bunny which I thought was adorable. The worker was also very nice. However, we came again last month and the worker was kind of condescending and rude to my mom When we mentioned that the previous time we had went, the bunny gave us our dollar bill and money. Good selection of items and Nacho was the best cashier! So soft! Great customer experience. 10/10
Interesting store. Cute seeing the bunnies "working". I would suggest they have a 2nd register to check out bc the check out line can be quite long and slow with ppl watching the rabbits. I had to put back the items I was going to purchase bc the wait in line was taking WAY to long (so did a few other ppl). Little kids would probably really like seing the bunnies.
