Omg Bronwyn what have you done ? Sold the business to a guy with no rapport or empathy or communication skills . We’ve been coming for four generations Greeted by reception who was sucking on. Malted milk at the desk Zero was said ,nothing How rude ….. Questions about anything to the Physio was met with uncommitted responses No help at all He paid money for a business but really ,what has happened to such a beautiful caring friendly practise ? Speechless
I had suffered from gluteal/hip pain for years. I was considering having surgery to repair the tear but after seeing Chong he was able to assist me and I had no further need for surgery from his treatment.
East Brighton Physio has been great with helping me recover from a knee injury. Chong listens and treats with skill and care. Can recommend this service.
I highly recommend Mr Chong Yao for his expertise, excellent care, in-depth analysis, and ability to identify the underlying causes in solving problems.
