I brought my yard waste to the dump this morning (7/5/25). I was informed by the man sitting in the pick-up by the entrance that my permit sticker had expired. He also insisted that he had given me paperwork to renew my sticker weeks before. He did not give me any papers prior to this . He was very condesending and belligerent stating that if I showed up next time without the new sticker he would make me turn around and go home. Love how they make you leave a message because nobody answers the phone. and they don't call you back. I live on a dead end st. but my sign is at the end of another street and all my deliveries go to the other street. I would like to have my streets sign at the end of my street which has a utility pole to attach it to but nobody returns calls. I mean what do I pay property taxes for if they won't do their job? and taxes keep going up but the same old crappy service

I live at Riddell Rd elderly housing. I’m praising the town for cleaning up our parking property. They have done a superb job very grateful.

I can only comment on my own experiences with the EBDPW, but what I have experienced was nothing short of great. My son looks forward to seeing the trucks every week collecting trash and recycling. With that said every driver stops and either waves and honks the horn, or stops without hesitation to show my kids the trucks dumping the trash in the back. A huge thank you to Johnathan and the rest of the the crew at the department. Thank you for the work during covid and every other day.
