Booked an appointment over the phone for 90mins message drove from etobicoke only for them to tell me no when i got to the door, i said that i would wait for the next appointment and they said that they dont do 90mins. So i went outside and called 3 times over the next 15 mins and they never answered the phone. Appreciate you wasting my time. Another place with lousy customer service
Very bad experience and rubbish services. The person who massage me, was coughing whole time and finished their service within 45 minutes but the lady named Amy charged me for one hour. Amy's attitude was unprofessional. Please be careful for this spa.
