Called daily for week, sent email, no callback, no response. Not good a good business practice, perhaps they are out of business. I don't recommend them at the moment
Unfortunately I have called three times and wasn't able to connect with someone who could help me. First call, the front desk answered and said they would connect me. Then the line just went silent and I hung up after waiting. Second attempt, line wasn't picked up. Third time, line picked up and was sent over again... no answer. I'll call someone else to help me...
Staff is always helpful and accurate with their advise. Have been with them for approximately the last 10 years and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their business and taxes.
