I walked in to buy a fryer. They are not cheap. The lady who walked up to help me refused to sell it to me because she felt that I needed a more expensive one that they did not have in stock. I asked her nicely to please get down the fryer so I can purchase it and go on about my day. She told me no and actually refused to sell me the fryer. She told me she likes to ask customers questions and she just doesn’t sell things to people. How the heck does she know what I do in my restaurant. I guess I’ll never come here again
This business has lied to me, given me misinformation, yelled at me, hung up on me and refused to come to a mutually agreeable resolution. The supervisor even asked to be reported so that she may be fired. Stay away from this terrible business, they are not to be trusted. Here is a copy of the email I sent to the owner for which I received no response. The supervisor on call even said, "please report me so they will fire me, I hate this job and hope they fire me". Rude personnel with low customer service, prices are higher than other similar businesses and they only seem to engage with those who order large quantities. Not a good match for my locally focused business; I only shop here if it’s urgent.
