Good crew of people! If you own property, you need to join for the information, support and people that will help you manage your property better. They have a great forms library and onsite smart staff to help you with all issues.
Disappointing interaction with Ja. Reached out for help with a benefit subscription mentioned on their website. Received only a sales pitch with no direction on how to apply for what I was actually emailing about. What I would have expected was guidance on how to request the type of assistance I needed, instead was sold offerings that don't exist yet. I'd be surprised if one person -- especially in sales -- was responsible for approving what I was inquiring about. If so, that says a lot. Not helpful.
