Constantly has my mother waiting 20+ minutes after her wait time. My sick mother FELL trying to chase and flag down the bus and the worker refused to help my mother up off of the ground she now has scratches and bruising on her hand. The worker then went on to say he didn’t care if a complaint was made because he’s quoting anyway. Completely ridiculous!!
Customers service needs training on the phone! representatives can be VERY RUDE AND HAVE ATTITUDE !
