edit:- after being a regular for many years, I quit going. The group had been taken over by a guy with mental health issues. I go here regularly to the Saturday night meditation events(@Saturday Night Sangha ), very eclectic and an opportunity to meet some interesting people
An East Bay Institution. It has been around for years and has many meditation and experiential relating groups. There is even a meditation group that meets Saturday night. The Tuesday night Deep Connect is a lovely way to meet people l, grow and go deep.
