My 2 little ones love KC. Im pleased because they are learning and its feels like family. All my concerns are immediately address anytime. Miss Pamela is the Best she is so helpful in all things KC she is on it! Im not looking forward to my kids aging out because I know they are well cared for.
My granddaughter has been going here for 2 years and we have had nothing but good experiences. We recently started having problems with KC just about 2 weeks ago when they hired this new girl. My daughter has tried to talk to you guys about her and nothing seems to get resolved. I do not understand why I have to come here to get this figured out but it is horrible professionalism on your end. Pamala, is very unprofessional. I filling out the long application for 2 children and got the documents that needed to be signed by the doctors office completed. Spoke to Pamala, on Tuesday about the children and she said ok. As in there was room for both of my children. I drove to drop the applications off to Pamala, and then sent other papers to her via email. That is when she claimed that she didn't know there was 2 applications and that there is no room for my 5 year old.
