While the idea of alternative and holistic medicine is appealing and great in theory, please make sure you have a real doctor handy if you need one. The walls lined in supplements is great if you are already in good health. Make sure you have your bloodwork checked from time to time though because it was only after months of suffering from what Dr Kule thought was nicotine withdrawals that he finally checked my mother's blood and ordered her to go to the ER immediately for a blood transfusion.
