They definitely warned their one star. Whoever answers the phone needs to be fired. Worst service an ever because they know they’re a monopoly and if I could get water literally anywhere else I would.

If zero stars was an option I’d pick that. The older lady is very rude and her customer service skills are non-existent. I hope they fire her.

Melissa is the best! She is always super friendly and helpful and always there with a smile. Easy pay online and in person. This is the best water company I have ever had. High recommended .

I think there is a new girl in the office. Her customer service skills are non-existent! She is rude and insensitive whereas I have always gotten "service with a smile" before. She doesn't seem to understand why a person would have a problem with wasting 500 gals daily. I am trying to find a solution!

I have been doing business with this company for along time and have never had an issue. The ladies who work in the office are always kind and polite, I enjoy talking with them each time I pay my bill.
