Fast chat response time both times but first customer service chat was not great. She couldn't find my reservation so I made a second reservation. The second customer service chat was great. She (Rica) was able to find both reservations and help me cancel the duplicate.

Our flight pattern from NYC to FL had to be changed due to bad weather and we had to go back to refuel so our landing was delayed 2 hours. I called from sitting on the runway to ask for and extension time to pick up the car and they quickly confirmed yes. THANK YOU!
