The experience was overall great. The communication was especially smooth with Oha. He was very helpful and patient.
I ended up going here because another rental car place was trying to charge me crazy unnecessary fees and easirent was a breeze with amazing prices. Tristan was kind, easy going and amazing, I wish they had one in every state when I traveled because I would use them every time. I rarely give anu place 5 stars but if I could, I would give them 10. They saved my trip from becoming stressful and saved me money too. And the car was nice and clean. Great job!!!
This was the worst experience that we’ve ever had. I wouldn’t suggest anybody use this company. We had to reveal a lot of personal information. They almost didn’t give us a car after we brought our insurance card. we pre-registered just like we were told to do and they still tried to get us to pay money for their insurance. Do not use this company.
The cars are great prices. They could be detailed better before you rent them. I totaled my car in June and have been renting from them pretty much weekly to make doctor appointments before i can get a new car. I always bring something to wipe things down with before I drive off and some hand sanitizer but I am OCD so it probably isnt that big of a deal to most. Still love these guys. Easily best prices in town and if you make an online reservation before you go in its quick and easy.
