You may pay a low rate for the car, but when you pick it up they force you to buy their insurance for about $80 per day, even if you already have coverage through your credit card. I'm updating a prior negative review. We left a garage door opener in the car and it took a few cycles to get it back, but thankfully we did get it back. I'm giving 4 stars because the car that we rented was nice and the price was great. At times they were really difficult to contact when the lost garage door opener and messages didn't get passed on, so we needed to constantly call about it.
