Waited over 1 1/2 hours for shuttle, never came. Called and was told 5-8 minute wait. Ended up using Uber to get to their rental office only to find it was closed. Had to get a hotel for the night and rent a car in the morning

My experience with Easirent at the West Palm Beach Hilton location. Upon picking up the car i noticed many scratches, front and rear bumpers! doors and scratches on the hood. I made note of these on the paper given to me by the attendant who rolled his eyes at me for making note of the damage to the vehicle! Not to mention over 35 minutes at that point and i was still not done. I left the facility and noticed the heavy thick scent inside the car like air freshener, i was told it was Fabuloso!
