I made a reservation via Orbitz but upon arrival we were asked to pay several additional fees and extras despite the fact the “total price” was stated to be lower on Orbitz. The actual rental place was really dingy, the car given to us was dirty with a huge brown bird poop on the driver side window, the interior had been lightly cleaned but not thoroughly.
