Jeff is a real professional massuer and knows which muscles to work on. I have done remedial massage with him a few times and am very happy with the service. Highly recommend.
Jeff Sweeney is amazing he gives you a solid workover and can fix anything. I've had two children and would often find my neck would lock up and i couldnt turn my head (result of carrying etc) and also my wrsit and thumb were in excrutiating pain from the awkward angle of breastfeeding and he fixed it all. Also my Mum has MS and walks with a stick but after a visit to Jeff she has a few days of walking stick free.
Jeff is absolutely fantastic at what he does. Do not expect a relaxing massage, jeff gets in deep to effect the greatest change. You can tell he has a lot of experience as he knows the exact spots to work on every time and with my own practice at home (a must for lasting results) I have seen major change in just 4 weeks of a 4 year long back injury. If you are after deep tissue/remedial or a sports massage, worth every penny.
