This is a beautiful clinic with such great energy. Kate Anderson has helped me over the years with releasing stress from body and mind. I recently attended two of the Ease Wellness 'Life by Design' workshops and have found them to be engaging and inspiring. Kate is a professional and knowledgeable facilitator, and generous in sharing her expertise with participants. I've attended many similar workshops in a corporate setting over the years, but these were by far the most insightful. I'm looking forward to attending more workshops in these series.
