My wife went in this morning for a neck and shoulder massage. She has a broken arm, snapped clean through just below the bulb of the humours and wearing a sling has given her neck pain. She made it very very clear to the person taking the payment about her arm and just wanted relief of her neck. When the masseuse came in she then explained to her again that her arm is broken and she role played indicating broken bone.
