Scott is very personable and knowledgeable. Always enjoy the appts. I would highly recommend Earvanna Hearing Centers!
I went to Scott for my hearing aids. He was very friendly & talkative, but very unprofessional. My insurance only covered $2,500 & paid $1,000 out of pocket. After wearing the hearing aids, I noticed severe itching in my ears. I called & messaged Scott & Ivy for several weeks before finally getting an answer. I was told to come back to the office to get different cones for the hearing aids, which is 45 min away. I asked him to send the cones & he said ok.
