After being a loyal customer for YEARS, I will no longer be visiting Earthsavers for services, nor will I be purchasing products. I had a scheduled appointment for a service and called the morning of to cancel, as circumstances beyond my control prevented me to keep my appointment. The person who answered stated that if I did not keep my appointment, nor if they were able to fill my appointed time, I would be charged the entire $70.00. I could not believe this. Boooo! They are way overpriced and the customer service is horrible! Do not buy their essential oils. They are very dilute. I would give them zero stars if I could.
