I was helped today by Arya. Customer for years. Arya is always friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Great experience and product. Jack, my bud tender is always amazing!!! Earth's healing is the only place I go and she's one of my favorite bud tenders.
Well see how the new system works out, but at a glance the rewards system that was previously implemented is now gone. No longer can you rely on your bonus points to make up the change difference in amount due. The biggest perk of the old system is now refreshed with a new- points to rewards program that halved my credit on hand. At a first glance, I can see a lot of customers getting angst about these changes, especially without any headups to the common regulars.
