I have banked with ECU for almost 30 years. They have good banking products without excessive, unreasonable fees. The staff always treat me well with care and compassion. This bank is community connected as they do things like the annual shred event and fundraising for local families that have been devastated by accidents or illness. This was the worst experience I have ever had a a bank. They canceled my debit card and never told me. They called to verify charges which I did, but yet still canceled my card. Now my new debit card will not activate and the hours are ridiculous. I work from 9-5 every day and that's all they are open until! I will never recommend them. Bad hours bad service.
