Beautiful store and products. Customer service was amazing, very friendly staff
I was at the store about a month ago. I bought two sweaters and some bracelets. When I got up to the front I got my card out and I paid for the things. The lady informed me that my card did not go through and tried to get me to run my card again for the full amount for some reason I had a strange feeling so I checked my bank account and it just so happened that the full amount had already been pulled from my account, She went back-and-forth with me saying that the transaction was not taken out, even though it was saying it w... read more
I’d like to address an incident involving a staff member with grey hair who was unkind to my disabled mother. When she requested to see a mirror, the worker directed her to a mirror in the back and then moved a mannequin to obstruct the mirror in front. My mother is in a wheelchair, and this treatment was quite discouraging. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
