First saw they had a microdermabrasion deal on groupon, technician did a thorough job and face felt smooth and clean so afterwards when she sold me on a package of three for the same price as groupon I bought it. Made my appointment for 10:15am, arrived and the lady says oh you’re early, I showed her my email confirmation saying 10:15 she says ok your technician not here yet wait here, so I wait 15 min in the lobby, at 10:30 still nothing so I asked if I can just get a refund but the lady just says she’s on her way just wait... read more

The one stars make a lot of sense. Went here for first time to the minoru location with a Groupon. 1pm appointment she barely spoke to me and asked to wait outside anyways waited 15 mins past my scheduled appointment which I have 2 confirmations for 1pm and ended up leaving will be contacting groupon for a refund

Impossible to communicate with. Their online booking system allowed me to book two appointments but I never heard back for confirmations and could not contact either. One phone number was just an automated message and the other number didn’t go through. I have no idea if the appointments I’ve booked are actually happening!? I just hope I don’t get charged a cancellation fee!
