On October 21, 2023, Tracy He gave me the Microdermabrasion service and a collagen facial. The appointment is supposed to start at 3:45pm and it ended up starting at 4:10pm. After the facial is finished, she gave me a mirror and I noticed my nose turned dark compare to the whole face, she said this is normal, then she convinced me to buy the package for 3 times which include the collagen facial and Microdermabrasion which comes a total of $348 CAD. I’ve gone to Tracy on and off for a few years. About a year and a half ago I had second (blistered) degree burns from a cryolipolysis machine. When I sent photos, there was a bit of discrepancy about what they offered me (long story). Tracy kept telling me she’d have to talk to the owner, that the owner wasn’t always understanding, etc. etc. I had a staff member, at one point, tell me that Tracy is the owner along with her husband. I spent so much time to grow my eyelashes and finally I grow them. They are straight so I decide to get a lash perm. I go in there and Deborah took me in right away, she didn't give me the contract either until after the treatment so I didn't read the "Not guaranteed results" which is incredibly stupid. I got the lash perm which was burning my eyes by the way but I let it go. I look in the mirror and my eyelashes are slightly curled.
