I never received my package. I’ve been contacting this company since July 2025. I did not receive my first response until almost the end of September. They have yet to process my refund (we are past the point of resolve) and now when I do get in contact with someone (I’ve had two calls) there’s no urgency in assistance, there’s just blame. Terrible customer service. If I ever want these products in the future, I will buy them from a secondary retailer (Kohl’s, Ulta, target…)
So far Earth Therapeutics products are working just fine for me. For the decent price the products are great!
I like their products. I have dry skin and it would crack. Nothing worked until I tried hand remedy. After that I tried other products and I'm hooked to it.
