Awesome bike shop and pretty cool bartender too
Wow! What a special shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for bicycles. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. They took the time to understand my needs and recommend the perfect bike for my lifestyle. The selection is truly impressive, featuring a wide range of bicycles for every type of rider, from casual cyclists to avid mountain bikers!!
For a town with some of the nicest people in nearly every shop, this plave treats its customers with complete disrespect. I literally got yelled at for touching a bike. You are a bike shop that sells bikes. Bike weight is important and if no one greets you or even asks how you can be helped then expect customers to find their own way. Skip this shop and save yourself the grief.
Earth Mountain is more than a Bike Shop, beyond giving a great service where bikes and bike knowledge is concerned, there’s great coffee and beer on tap, not forgetting organised friendly rides with great people…. It doesn’t get any better! It’s always my first stop when I’m visiting Brevard.
Professional and knowledgable staff. Able to provide the technical detail when covering innovative technology and preventative maintenace. Well versed on what is new and is coming down the road. Keep the good work. My bike store when in the mountains......
