John was very responsive when I called for a quote. His quote was reasonable. He offered a discount if I pre-paid in full. I would never do that again. The work was done in a timely manner, but was less than professional. I had to call them back to complete areas they missed, and the finish work was subpar. I tried to get a response from the owner as well as a copy of the warranty. He has not responded to my several emails and phone calls. I would not recommend them.
