The store itself has wonderful products. However after the sale and installation was a complete disappointment. The lack of communication, attention to detail in laying the flooring, replacing baseboards, and other finishing details were far from acceptable considering the quality product I purchased. Wish I had my contractor install the floor, it would have been done right from the start. Now my contractor is trying to correct all of the finishing touches that were neglected and ignored.

Very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable! John, the owner, always goes above and beyond for his clients and community. The fact that he oversees ALL installations is truly amazing. Seamless process with quality work is hard to find these days. Will go back to Earth First time and time again!
