5/30/25 UPDATE: I've been coming to Lisa every two weeks for the last three months... WOW, much better flexibility and recovery. My piriformis syndrome is getting better and I'm having less flare ups. === I'm so happy I found Lisa! If you're like me, and sit too much, which causes all kinds of pain and tightness in my legs and lower back... her method of deep tissue/Thai massage was the best I've had. Definitely found a great massage therapist in south Charlotte!
