Wish I could offer zero stars!!!! My husband had met with this provider some time ago and had a positive experience that time. However, he asked me to schedule for him to meet with the doctor again. I called and left a message with what I am assuming was a call center. Days passed, and there was no reply. I called and left another message. Again, no reply. Poor first impression. I scheduled an appointment over the phone. When I showed up for my appointment no one was there. A receptionist in the ENT office they share space with called on my behalf and they made me reschedule. When I met with Dr.Braunberger though he was thorough in stepping me through the tests and answering my questions.
