Just wrapped up a hearing test with Jeff. Very personable and professional and right on time.
Booked an earwax removal.. emily (certified audiologist) was so gentle... Such a kind girl ..she explained everything and was so empathetic to my fears of vertigo... She is very professional and also very personable.. I will definitely refer her to others... she comes right to your house and performs the earwax removal in your house... So if you have any anxiety about the procedure at all you are much more comfortable in your own home. The small fee they charge is definitely worth it...
Allison, who has a PhD in audiology, was able to answer all of my questions and fears about hearing aids in plain English. She helped me pick out the best hearing aids for my situation and I adapted to them without any problem. My one year follow up required only minimal changes. Allison is friendly and professional and I highly recommend her and Ears To You.
Great professional service from Allison - one of the most highly qualified audiologists on the Island! My hearing aids are making a big difference - I should have gotten them years ago!
