From the door when you enter to walking out after your appointment. You are greeted and treated like a valued person. Kim's knowledge and ability to explain things in every day language is excellent. It's a small office but fully equipped. Highly recommend.
I fully endorse Ears Hearing Clinics, their staff, and their practices. Kim is very patient with all my micro-adjustments and mind-changes, and Noella is very helpful as well. If you think you might benefit from having hearing aids, I highly recommend a visit.
Their service is excellent. You are made to feel welcome and at ease. Explanations of what will happen during the test are clear and and straight forward. when the test is completed, again clarification of what needs to happen now and in the future are excellent.
