I went to Ears yesterday, my mom's hearing aids weren't working properly. The two young lady's that work there were amazing. They jumped right on it, diagnosed the issue and repaired them, I was out of there in less than 10 minutes with two perfectly working hearing aids for mama. What a treat to receive that type of service. Thank you!
This is an amazing company and the people are great and prices are fantastic.
Over the last few years, I went to numerous hearing aid places, none worked for me. Too hard sell for me. Had heard about Ears from friends so gave it a try. Amazing is the best word. Never had such a complete hearing test with great feedback, thanks Kim. Everything explained, diagrams, etc. No hard sell, got a pair, love them wear them all day. The follow-ups and attention they pay to each client is exceptional. Thanks Noella. A small independent business, very happy to support as they are wonderful.
