I was duped into not returning the $5000.00 Oticon hearing aids with the promise that they could fine tune them. All lies. Couldn't return them now because the 30 day trial period was up.These things provide horrible tinny and distorted sound so bad you can't understand some one speaking right beside you. Easier to just ask them to speak up and leave the aids in a drawer. Save your money, go somewhere else.
Excellent service with the friendliest & kind staff. Highly recommend going here for hearing test. Office was easily accessible & nicely laid out. We also enjoyed the free parking pass. Great location :) Thank you !!
Highly recommend getting an ear cleaning if thinking about it! I came in today for my first ear cleaning after noticing my left ear being clogged every once in a while. After clearing my left ear, I realized how clogged my right ear was…we got that fixed too. I am truly amazed
Great experience at Ears Canada (St. Catharines). Saw Pouneh Majid-Pour for a hearing assessment & wax removal procedure. Appointment was on-time, clinic staff were warm and welcoming. Procedure was quick and painless. Office was spotless and Pouneh was professional and kind, explaining all aspects of both the procedure and hearing test. Overall, very good experience with Ears Canada and would have no hesitation recommending this clinic to others.
Excellent, friendly and very honest service. Would highly recommend!
