Our tenant’s rent checks came from Earnest Financial and referenced “studio space,” although the property was rented as a residence. The tenant was over a month late on rent and left the property in the condition shown in these photos.

Our leasee’s checks are written from Earnest Financial every month for “studio space” which it is not, I’m guessing for a bogus business write off. He’s over a month late and this is how the leasee left our house. I sure I wouldn’t trust this guy with your money.
