Unfortunately, I’m going to give this small business a 1. I prefer to give my business in support of small businesses. I got an appointment, easily. Paid for services promised. Discovered some confusing things were going on with my returns. Tried to call her, daily & then weekly, for help with this confusing information concerning the taxes I paid her to prepare. TAX FRAUD !! Chris Earlywine helps her clients commit tax fraud. And breaks federal laws. I have plenty emails that I sent to her, proving that I am the primary parent. My children reside with me in Texas & it’s a FEDERAL LAW that I’m able to claim them. After going back and forth with her, she still allowed their father (her client) to claim them on his taxes. AND an amendment was never filed, which was also requested before I had to paper file. Everything has been reported to the IRS.

This accountant firm has a lot of issues...among them honesty, integrity and a sense of urgency. They rarely are at the office. You contact them and have no way of confirming they received your message, nor do they get back to you. Kris was the gal that we worked with, and she would rarely return your emails/message. Additionally, she says she filed our 2020 tax return, and come to find out a year later....SHE NEVER DID!!! Have been going her for 10 years now. Never had any problems and doesn't charge you a alot to do your taxes.
