Stacy is a master somatic body worker. I've struggled with a disregulated nervous system my whole life. Through our work together, we are releasing stuck emotions and contractions and she's teaching me practices that I can use every day. I've been applying one of the practices and I can now fall back asleep at night instead of my mind racing. I'm very grateful to have found her gentle, open and loving presence.
I came to Stacy for an integrated appointment combining structural medicine with the somatic component that influences pain and physical functioning. From the very start of the appointment, I knew I had found a practitioner who has a gift for feeling into the mechanics of how our bodies physically walk through the world while also helping her patients to hold awareness of the emotions and life experiences that influence our physical patterns. Stacy’s genuine care and respect for her patients’ whole health shines through.
I am so grateful to have found Stacy after years of searching for the right massage therapist. Having some long standing patterns and injuries, it helps to have someone who is thoughtful about their approach to aid in healing. She has offered me insight as to what I can continue to do off the massage table: stretches, breathing exercises and checking in with myself when I feel stress and tension. I look forward to continuing my work with her and can’t recommend her enough!
